During my professional life I have developed a strong understanding of creative video production in television & the importance of content and how to design creative ideas in print and video materials.
My experience allows me to work within a team of like- minded professionals as well as working alone with understanding client requirements. Extensive knowledge of adobe and Auto-desk software give me ability to perform complex tasks and be in control of various creative processes which include creative designing and video productions.

Amidst my interest in designing, it was a desire of mine to be a part of a energetic design/ communication team. I got the opportunity to be one of the initiate members of Hiru Tv by joining the organization as a content developer and programme producer with my knowledge of many tested and proven formats in the television landscape. As a member of an creative content developers’ team I was thoroughly involved in developing and finalizing programme contents to be telecasted in Hiru TV. As a result of this many new concepts and programme formats were introduced by myself. I played a dynamic role as the producer of ‘Kaha ira’ & ’17 again”. By these TV shows which is launched by Hiru TV; introduced the VJ culture to Sri Lankan television industry.
